Aanal’s unwavering passion for cooking and Indian food did not deter her from pursuing a career as a renowned chef. Aanal took inspiration from the Royal families and started making her own spices after conducting extensive research and understanding of their kitchens, including how they manufactured their own spices from edible flowers, flower petals, and other sources. Till the date she creates all of the spices for The Secret Kitchen on her own.
